Christoph Werneke is the founder and managing partner of Tangram Strategy Consulting. He studied business administration at the University of Hamburg and completed an International MBA at the IE Business School in Madrid. Further training at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), among others, complements his professional and methodical background. In addition to his work as Managing Partner of Tangram Strategy Consulting, Christoph Werneke founder the non-profit association Mobility Allstars e.V. and served as its CEO. The association aims to accelerate the sustainable transition of passenger transport in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He served as a member of the advisory board for new transport services of the Swiss Federal Railways and appears at numerous events as a speaker and moderator. In addition, he participated in various podcasts either as a co-host or as a guest.

Christoph Werneke has about 20 years of consulting experience, including EY-Parthenon and in-house consulting at Deutsche Bank, where he completed an apprenticeship as a banker at the beginning of his career.

In his free time he does a lot of sports, including Crossfit, enjoys being on the water or enjoys good conversations at Wine and Dine. His “Secret Power”: He can be really excited about the smallest details!

Richard Trtanj is an Associate Partner at Tangram Strategy Consulting GmbH. He is an experienced strategy consultant and interim project manager with over 20 years of experience in marketing, digital innovation and transformation. He has worked in various industries, developing a broad expertise that enables him to create innovative and revenue-oriented solutions and successfully implement projects. Richard began his career in project management at leading digital agency I-D Media, where he spent 10 years developing and implementing strategies and projects for various medium-sized and large companies.

His professional career has taken him through various positions, including Marketing Director at JT International, where he managed consumer and trade marketing activities in the Czech Republic. As COO at kreait GmbH, he was responsible for digital innovation and transformation projects and advised clients such as Lufthansa, AMG, MTU and ifolor.

Richard is co-founder and honorary member of the supervisory board of the transformation and innovation cooperative Bad Oldesloe (TIBO) and received the Lufthansa Group Innovation Award in 2018. In his free time, he enjoys playing left-football, driving his classic car and enjoying family life with his wife and three children.

Daniel Zeiske
Associate Partner

Customers turn to Daniel when things are getting complicated and off-the-shelf concepts no longer suffice. Friends and business partners know that they can rely on him to get things done to the right quality.   

Daniel Zeiske is an Associate Partner at Tangram Strategy Consulting. He holds a Master of Science in Production Management of the Technical University Hamburg-Harburg. He gained experience in both strategy and management consulting and led powercloud from a start-up to an international cloud software provider with 500 employees. At powercloud, he first built up the consulting services and then the product organization. During this time, he was also responsible for the international development of products in various countries in Europe and Australia.

As there was no suitable framework for developing a multinational, highly complex software stack in a highly regulated market, Daniel developed his own set of processes for the requirements and change process with a strong focus on setting standards in processes, software design and product thinking. Dealing with the top 10 utilities in the German and French market on the demand side and aligning them to a standard solution was also one of the main tasks. In his first 13 years as a consultant, Daniel gained experience in all functional areas of the utility industry in Germany, mainly focusing on digital processes and system design.

In his free time, Daniel likes spending time with his two kids and doing sports, especially stand-up paddling. 

 

A success factor is the ability to organize complicated topics and switch from a strategic high-level view to the necessary level of detail. Daniel knows how important good standards and guidelines are to offer valuable products for customers.
